BROOKE:THE HUMANE SOCIETY OF GREATER DAYTON PLANS TO EXPAND ITS SERVICES. CITY COMMISSIONERS AGREED TO SELL A PORTION OF CITY LAND TO HELP WITH A BUILDING PROJECT. 2 NEWS REPORTER JUDITH RETANA HAS NEW INFORMATION ABOUT THE PLANS. JUDITH: THE HUMANE SOCIETY SAYS THEIR LAST EXPANSION WAS BACK IN THE EARLY 90’S. THEY SAY THEY’RE NOW GETTING READY TO START PHASE ONE OF A TWO PHASE PROJECT. FOR JUST TEN DOLLARS, THE CITY OF DAYTON AGREES TO SELL LAND TO THE HUMANE SOCIETY OF GREATER DAYTON.
